Cirrus Pilot Proficiency Program Lands at Galaxy FBO
Galaxy FBO recently hosted the Cirrus Aircraft Pilot Proficiency Program (CPPP) between October 31st and November 2nd at the Lone Star Executive Airport.
The CPPP is organized by the Cirrus Owners and Pilots Association (COPA) as a recurrent training with Cirrus-specific flight and ground instruction. Many members choose to make the CPPP a key part of their annual or biannual training as they are able to socialize with like-minded pilots and Cirrus owners.
With 9 ground courses, 2 segments of flight instruction, a Partner-in-Command program, all participants underwent an intense weekend of training from highly experienced Cirrus instructors. Galaxy FBO handled all operations and ensured everyone received the high quality service and support needed during this rigorous training schedule. Black Walnut Café catered a private dinner, enjoyed by all participants and instructors, along with boxed lunches and snacks throughout the weekend.
Galaxy FBO and Black Walnut Café are proud to be part of this exclusive training event provided by the largest Cirrus owners association in the US. We look forward to working with CPPP and COPA on future events.
